About the Instructor:
Or Har-Gil is an Art Therapist (M.A.) and Creative Workshop Facilitator who helps people embrace their whole, imperfect (human!) selves. She believes that the creative process is a mirror that can help us learn more about ourselves, how we deal with challenges, and to practice new ways of being. She sees clients in her practice at Bloor & Christie, facilitates workshops in community and corporate settings, and runs weekly Art Therapy groups for patients and families at the Odette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook Hospital.

Urbanspace Gallery is located on the ground floor of 401 Richmond Street West, beside Trinity Square Video.

401 Richmond Street West is a wheelchair-accessible building equipped with an elevator to each level of the building. There are two wheelchair-accessible entrance ways: the first is located at the front entrance near the Roastery Café (just east of Spadina Avenue); the second is at the north-east corner of the building, near the Spacing and Swipe retail shops (just west of the corner of Richmond and Peter Streets).
