Akin Lakeshore

Akin Lakeshore sits on the traditional territory of the the Wendat, Haudenosaunee, the Métis, and most recently, the territory of the Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation. We are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land.

Located at at 2970 Lakeshore Blvd West, Akin Lakeshore has 34 dedicated studio spaces ranging in size from 25 square feet to 140 square feet as well as large shared workspaces. Akin plans to expand our programming initiatives at this new location and will introduce a series of free and low cost public events starting in the fall of 2019.

If you are interested in renting a studio at Akin Lakeshore, please join us at our Open Studio Day in August. You can have a look around the new space, and find out more about Akin! Our staff will be available to answer your questions and show you around. Everyone is welcome!
