Remote Gallery is evolving! We’re excited to announce the addition of 450 sqft to this dynamic space. In response to the growing needs of the creative community, we’re proud to provide this expansion which enhances the availability, flexibility and potential at Remote Gallery.

This expansion opens up new opportunities for larger events and more booking availability for arts organizations, galleries, and studio collectives, as well as individual artists and Akin’s studio members. Akin Members will still receive a 10% discount on rentals.

The transformation of Remote Gallery will serve a greater range of needs for anyone looking for exhibition space or workspace. Our pricing is intentionally designed to be accessible for artists, Akin members, nonprofits, and anyone looking for a space to host meetings, workshops, presentations, and more.

The newly expanded gallery features an additional 450 sqft of bright, open, street level space with gallery quality lighting, high ceilings, natural light from the large south-facing windows, and physical accessibility accommodations. The full 850 sqft gallery space can be rented, or the gallery can be divided into two separated spaces which can be rented individually that are 400 sqft and 450 sqft each. 

To celebrate this milestone, we invite the community to visit the gallery on Wednesday May 14th from 6-8pm for an Open House!
