At Logan Ave and Queen Street East, Akin Logan, located at 153 Logan Avenue is a small, tight knit studio. Logan has ten studios, large, bright windows, and is located on the first floor of the building

Akin Logan has 10 regular dedicated studios ranging from 38 sqft for $243/month to 122 sqft for $567/month. There are no Shared Memberships at this location. 

Akin Logan is a cozy studio with two rooms and large west facing windows in the front room. There is a kitchenette with storage and fridge, microwave and kettle.  As with all Akin studios, Akin Logan has 24/7 access, wifi and a utility sink to wash brushes and other tools.

Akin Logan is level throughout the space, however it is not fully on-grade as there are small steps to the main entrance and in the bathroom. The main entrance doorway is not automated. There are two small 3” steps to get through the entrance. The main doorway is 32” wide and has a round door knob and a keypad entry lock. 

There is one gender-neutral bathroom, the door to the bathroom is 31” wide with one 1” step-up to get in and a round door knob. There are no grab bars in the bathroom and the toilets are not raised. There is another doorway to get from the entrance through to the bathrooms and kitchenette. That doorway is 28” wide including the edge of the door and has a lever handle.

(Stop ID: 5058) on the 72 Pape and the 325 Don Mills Night Bus routes and 300m Queen St East at Logan Ave

(Stop ID: 3058) on the 501 Queen, 503 Kingston Road and 301 Queen Night Bus routes. Stop ID: 3058 is considered wheelchair accessible by the TTC.

Bike and Car Parking

At this studio there is no dedicated member parking. Limited street parking is available on Logan Avenue and there is no parking on Eastern Avenue. There is no dedicated bike parking but bikes can be locked on utility poles on Logan or connecting residential streets.
