Akin Davisville is located at 224 Merton St. Inhabiting all three floors of the building (formerly a school), Akin Davisville hosts Dedicated studios as well as Shared Memberships in rooms with large, bright windows. Located in the southern part of Davisville Village, Akin Davisville is a short walk from Davisville Subway station, in a bustling area with countless amenities. 

There will be Shared Memberships available for $78/month, which includes access to shared working areas, shared storage, kitchenette, a communal gathering area and bathrooms. There are 45 Dedicated Memberships (i.e your own studio), including semi-private options ranging from 25 square feet at $187/month to 135 square feet at $610/month.

As with all Akin studios, Akin Davisville has 24/7 access,wifi and a utility sink to wash brushes and other art-making tools.

Accessibility Info

Akin Davisville is located in the basement, main and 2nd floor of the building. There are no steps to enter the building via the main entrance, and no steps throughout the building. All of the floors are accessible by elevator. There are gender neutral washrooms on each floor.

Getting here by TTC

Akin Davisville is located approximately 600 meters from Davisville Subway station. From the subway head south on Yonge St then left onto Merton. It is also 500m from Davisville Ave at Pailton Crescent bus stop for buses 11A and 28 on the  Mount Pleasant bus route 74.

Bike and Car Parking

There is no free bike or car parking available at this location. Bike parking facilities and 24/7 paid parking is available down the street.
