Monthly prices include: taxes, insurance, wifi, utilities, 24/7 access as well as use of shared shelving units, washroom, communal working areas, and kitchen. Everyone is welcome at Akin regardless of skill level or experience! It is not necessary to submit a portfolio or C.V. to become an Akin member at one of our studios.

STC3F1 - 68sf - $371/month - STC3F studio visuals - available now 

• STC3F1 is half of the studio space called STC3F. STC3F1 and STC3F2 are separated with tape on the floor. The studio is located in the middle room where the communal area and the shared workspace are. This room has ceiling lights and no windows. The studio has two structural walls and a plywood divider wall. It has a good amount of wall space to hang art to work on the wall or to hang shelves for storage.

STC4A - 49sf - $290/month - STC4A studio visuals - -available now

• STC4A is located in the back room. This room has ceiling lights and no windows. The studio has two structural walls and a plywood divider wall that has recently been installed. It has a good amount of wall space to hang art to work on the wall or to hang shelves for storage.

STC2PB - 50sf - $293/month - STC2PB studio visuals - available now

•  STC2PB is located in the front room and receives natural light. This room has wall-to-wall windows on the North of the building. The studio has one structural wall and 1 plywood wall. In the video, the whole 100sf of STC2P is shown. The studio is divided into two 50sf studios with a tape on the floor. STC2PB is one of the 50sf parts of the whole studio.

Estimated wait times:

• Akin Dupont: 6+ months for a studio for non-ceramics work, 12+ months for a ceramics studio

• Akin Logan: 1-3 months (no Shared Memberships at this location)

• Private Offices (4 walls to the ceiling and a door that closes): 6+ months. There are private offices at Akin Davsiville, Akin Niagara, Akin Yonge-St Clair and Akin Richmond-Bathurst.

• All other locations: 1-3 months depending on what size space you are looking for.
