Do you love books? Do you create them? How is your art practice influenced by books? Do books inspire you? Are they sources of information or something more? When does a book become art? What book would you recommend to other artists?

We will discuss all this and more at our next Skillshare for Creative Professionals on March 13 from 7-9pm at Akin Dupont, 1485 Dupont St, Studio 204.

Participants are asked to bring one or two books or printed works that inspire or influence their practice. We will each take a time to present our choices and engage in a casual discussion about the role books play in our art. ( Books and print materials only please. This includes all types of books, zines, and magazines - no blogs, podcasts, or digital media)
