Heart Creation Offering is an offering to reconnect with your intuitive artist through meditation, reflection, and mixed-media creating. This is a low-pressure, judgment-free space to explore feelings visually, connect with others, and create from a place of curiosity and wonder. It’s all about the process, not the product. There will be a short guided meditation in which we explore how our feelings and emotions manifest visually. After there will be a chance to journal down any reflections then we will get into creation, with a strong emphasis on being expressive and happy to make mistakes. There will be a chance to collaborate with others on a piece of your own and prompts to help you break out of any creative blocks you may be stuck in and explore media you may not have on your own. This offering is meant to explore play, and creating from your intuition rather than the intellect. Trying new things and techniques is strongly encouraged.

We’re offering two sessions on the same day:

• Session 1: 10:30am-12:00pm

• Session 2: 1:30pm-3:00 pm
