Regal Heights Village Business Improvement Area (RHV BIA) is calling on all artists to enter its first ever art competition for their Streetscape banner design and community identity beautification initiative.

Regal Heights Village is located on St. Clair Avenue West, between Winona Drive and Westmount Avenue, in the City of Toronto.

We are encouraging all artists in Toronto, GTA and surrounding cities, regardless of their experience, age or education in the art field, to participate!!

• Streetscape Banners are key to the overall identity and beautification of a community

• Streetscape Banners send a message that connects to the community and visitors alike

The current Streetscape banner design of RHV BIA can be seen in the image on the left. We are looking for a new innovative design which will be eye-catching from afar and help uniquely identify Regal Heights Village community.
